Merken rock festival

In Temuco, around November, there’s a festival that's called "merken rock”,  that's a festival of rock and metal with local exponents. I was 16 years old when I went for first time, I went with some friends and that was an amazing experience.

Well, I don’t listen so much metal, I like it but isn’t my favourite musical genre, and the “festival” surprised me because 

¡it was only about metal! And not the “sweet” metal, it was about brutal death metal, and others sub genres of death metal, so with that kind of music you can imagine the style of the people that was in there, the kind of things that they did, it was so amazing, I got into the “mosh” and I didn’t know what happened inside that, that was a party of punches and screams, I ran away faster but I didn’t see my friends near so I got inside again looking for them.

Finally, I foud them and also we found a lead singer of the “1000 kadaveres”, that’s a band that played in the concert, they were so friendly and the style of music that they play is the opposite of their real personalities.

I enjoyed so much the event because it was an experience that I never lived before, but I didn’t go to that in the next years, I don’t know why, I think maybe that was enough.
